Corporate Interiors
One Source Virtual is a 220,000 SF new construction interior finish out of a first generation space featuring an executive area with AV and security center, a data center, shipping and receiving area, disaster recovery center with back-up generator. The project involved three months of preconstruction services working with HKS and Charter Acquisitions on design considerations and VE ideas. The interior build out was completed concurrently with shell completion.
Industrial
45,000 SF of existing industrial / office space, this project consisted of the total renovation of the existing space for an industrial testing lab working with JLL Commercial Real Estate and Benson Hlavaty Architects.
Medical
Healthcare construction and design require specialty knowledge and experience. The process is vastly different when patient outcomes are affected by construction decisions. A facility must be able to accommodate change, expansion, tenant movements and redevelopment of the overall structure. And interior design must look good decades after the ribbon cutting.
